2.1 Professional Assistance

We deliver personalized bookkeeping support and management services tailored to each client’s needs.

2.2 Digital Learning Materials

Our digital materials include e-guides, tutorials, and templates designed for independent study.

2.3 Physical Resources

We supply printed manuals, workbooks, and other tangible resources to aid your organizational processes.

3. Engagement

To engage a service, place an order via our website and agree to the fee schedule. Access to digital materials is granted upon full payment.

4. Fees

All fees are listed in Swiss Francs and are due according to the payment terms outlined at purchase.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Professional Assistance

Clients may request reimbursement up to five days before the agreed start date. Funds are reimbursed via the original payment method within fifteen days of approval. Sessions can be rescheduled once without additional charge. If a session is scheduled less than forty-eight hours before its start, reimbursement is not available due to preparatory commitments. In such cases, a one-time rescheduling option remains.

5.2 Digital Learning Materials

Due to immediate access, reimbursements are available within fourteen days of purchase provided no materials have been downloaded or accessed. To request reimbursement, please complete our Contact Form. Once access has been initiated, no reimbursement can be granted.

5.3 Physical Resources

Physical items may be sent back within thirty days of shipment reception. Items must be in original condition; shipping expenses are not covered. Customers must request this process via our Contact Form. Once items are received and verified, reimbursement is processed within twenty days. Custom-printed manuals are non-refundable due to their bespoke production.

6. Modifications

BookEdgeHub may update these Terms at any time. Updates will apply to orders placed after the publication date of the revised Terms.
